Sarah Wilde brings 15 years of HR leadership to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Repario. A member of the company’s original leadership team, she helped lead the initial integration and launch of Repario and continues to guide its people strategy through rapid growth and global expansion. With a track record that spans M&A, talent acquisition, organizational design, and cultural integration in both start-ups and established companies across North America, Europe, and Asia, Sarah is a proven builder of high-performing, globally distributed teams. Prior to Repario, she spent over a decade at UnitedLex, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion—managing HR strategy, operations and talent acquisition across 15+ countries, navigating complex M&A scenarios, and ultimately leading a team of 30+ HR professionals as VP of Global HR. 

Sarah’s leadership is grounded in strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep belief in the power of people to drive transformation. She is passionate about fostering supportive, empowering workplaces where individuals can achieve their personal and professional goals.

Sarah holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and History from Union College.
