Origin Story

Customer service took a hard hit during the 2020 pandemic and did not recover. Why? Because employees in every industry were negatively affected. They experienced abrupt changes in work environments with an absence of flexibility and trust by their employers. Employees felt resentful and unappreciated, leading to a lack of motivation. Meanwhile, leadership failed to recognize the root problem and carried on with business as usual. Consequently, employees’ dissatisfaction affected their desire to serve and had a negative impact on customers.

Simultaneously, eDiscovery, privacy, and information governance companies embraced assembly line models to increase efficiency and cut costs. Unfortunately, this shift impacted customers who were used to bespoke service and engagement. Customers found themselves without the service they wanted, leaving them dissatisfied with their overall experience.

This reality triggered Repario’s mission. At Repario, we understand how important it is to prioritize both employee happiness and client experience. That’s why we intentionally built our company to focus on both. Our team of dedicated professionals are passionate about providing exceptional service and strive to revive excellence in the employee and customer experiences.
