Analytics

Analytics traditionally refers to the services once thought of as AI, including predictive coding, TAR 1, TAR 2 and Continuous Active Learning.  At Repario, we have built upon the varied expertise of our professionals to not only integrate these tools, but to push them forward into areas where others have not.

Repario doesn’t rely on the tools as presented by their developers; we take them, gain a mastery of them, and then adapt them to work in ways the developers had not envisioned. For example, many TAR tools are limited by binary decisions (hot or not, responsive or not, privileged or not) but at Repario we combine various models on the backend to expand the options and deliver a review plan that enables running multiple TAR models at once to make our reviews more streamlined with exponentially less redundant efforts.

AI / Generative AI

At Repario, we recognize that litigation support technology is at a watershed in its evolution and have invested heavily to lead the way for our clients. We have made a massive commitment to RelativityOne, with their integrated aiR suite, Everlaw, including their AI Assistant toolset, eDiscovery AI and their ECI and Review tools, as well as developing internal Generative AI Agents using various Large Language Models.  We have done this with one purpose in mind – to create a positive client experience while achieving results.

We not only offer these tools for document review but have also integrated them into every part of the eDiscovery workflow, including identification, preservation, culling, responsive review, privilege review, quality assurance, case assessments, data triaging and into the ability to query document populations to ascertain inconsistencies, check production completeness or many other real world use case scenarios.

Using TAR and Generative AI, coupled with our team of experienced, industry leading professionals, we often reduce data volumes by 75% or more.

Generative AI is used across many hemispheres in our eDiscovery ecosystem.  Beyond document review to deposition analysis and summarization, video and audio analysis, and digesting large, handwritten data sets are a few successful implementations we have been able to achieve for our clients.

With machine learning tools, partnered with next generation GenAI, we can mine email, text messages and other data sets to easily segregate documents on an emotional spectrum, separating angry or deceptive documents into datasets that can be quickly reviewed. We can do this proactively, augmenting our client’s compliance oriented efforts to catch problems early, before they become legal issues.

Even with all the new technology we employ, who did what, and when, are still central questions that need to be answered in many legal matters.  We have a suite of tools that will analyze metadata, sentiment analysis and other attributes of electronic communications to help our clients digest the communication flow more quickly.  And we can work across platforms, so texts can be analyzed along side chats and emails so that conversations are captured as they happen contemporaneously.

As Personally Identifiable Information is protected more and more, our clients are under new obligations to protect the data from disclosure.  We use cutting edge technology to identify up to 160 separate pieces of PII and, as directed, can log or automatically redact the PII from our clients data, endure compliance with even the most strident governmental guidelines.

Despite the enormous steps forward in the use of litigation technology, Search Terms are not going anywhere.  In some cases, they are still the best way to cull data for collection, or prepare it for review.  We have honed our techniques for refining terms using various methods so that the process is quick and efficient.  We use advanced tools to develop search terms for our clients, and to check the terms and their efficacy.

Repario employs advanced technology that is a game changer for transcription.  Historically, audio and video file transcription was expensive and time consuming as tools ran in real time.  Repario can now run hundreds of hours of transcripts in a fraction of the time.  At the same time, our tools can also analyze the visual aspects of the data and give detailed summaries of the video so that videos can now be searched and categorized the same way text based documents can, without missing content!  The same tools also can produce highly accurate translations from over 100 languages.
