Our client, a state government agency, had 280 active matters in Clearwell and were struggling to manage workspaces and their daily activity in Clearwell. They wanted to move to a new solution that would allow them to manage their projects from end-to-end including projects that need Legal hold.
The solution was mandated to be hosted in a FEDRAMP authorized security environment.

Our team worked closely with this client to create a migration plan that included an initial case transfer test. The success of the initial test migration helped to set up and document a repeatable workflow that would convert the case images and productions, overlay coding and fully mirror the existing Clearwell database.
This was then applied to all the migrated cases. A custom Relativity Template was created, and all work was done in a way that this client could also be trained to manage their work independently. The Legal Hold Application was set up in this environment and customized to meet the client’s requirements for their Legal hold processes and communications.

Repario Project Management, Data Services, and client worked closely together to create a repeatable customized workflow for this large migration between solutions. There was a fully tailored Train the Trainer approach to all workflows and day to day use of Relativity and Legal Hold.
