Andrea Knappich is a senior finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading finance organizations within high-growth, private equity-backed, public and privately held companies.  As CFO of Repario, Andrea oversees all finance and accounting functions, and in parallel plays an integral role in the company’s merger and acquisition efforts. 

Andrea brings a strong track record of supporting growth and business transformation, including leading financial due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration. She partners closely with leadership to align financial strategy with operational execution.

Leveraging extensive experience having built and led multiple international teams in Canada and France, Andrea orchestrates a significant role in Repario’s ongoing overseas initiatives.  With extensive international experience, Andrea has built and led finance teams across North America and Europe, including Canada and France, and continues to support Repario’s global initiatives.

Andrea holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and completed advanced international business studies through a Consortium of International Business Schools, including the University of St. Gallen, Cranfield School of Management, ESADE, Bocconi University and EM Lyon.
