Our Solution: Forensically Examining the Former Employee’s Devices
By forensically examining the former employee’s work computer and associated activity, we discovered evidence that the employee had created a competing company diverting patients to that business. Additionally, prior to their departure the employee copied confidential patient records and other business data to facilitate unfair competition.
We presented our findings, drafted an affidavit with supporting documentation, provided deposition testimony, and ultimately testified in a successful bench trial.
RESULTS: Uncovering Activity of Ex-Employee Misconduct

Our investigation uncovered the key information and activity of the ex-employee’s misconduct, directly contributing to our client securing a verdict awarding over $5 million for damages.
